On my way to Building 9, I was stopped by two girls. They looked at each other for a second and trotted to me.

“Can you help us answer a few questions?” one of them said.

This wasn’t the first time I had been requested to do surveys in campus. Maybe it’s because I look very easy-going?

“Sorry, I’m in the hurry to borrow the camera”, I refused. It was true that I really had to book EX3 camera on that day so I could finish the individual exercise.

“Just short questions. We will finish in one minute”, said by another girl. She looked straight at me, with the pleading and expecting eyes. It reminded me of my own experience of giving out flowers on Mother’s Day. I thought no one would say no to a free flower, but I still had been rejected for many times and inevitably felt a bit upset. However, it was more important to get my camera before they closing the store at that moment.

“I’m so sorry. I really had to go.” I rejected her once again and ran to the building.

Surprisingly, When I reached at the store, I found it already closed half an hour ago.
