Craftsman’s mentality is a kind of responsible attitude. To a large extent, it can help to provide better quality for the things you do. When people realize that society need something and then you go to offer the things you are specialized in. The mindset of craftsman is passion and enthusiasm of the thing they really like, and they can try their best to create values. This can be called interest. People could devote themselves into a thing only when they really love the work they do. Actually, people’s mood and idea are not stable. However, doing a masterpiece needs people to focus on it for a long time and persist doing even when they encounter any problems. If they have this passion and interest, it is much more possible to become successful. Return to media part, in the film industry, actors need to focus on the content of the movies, try to become the characters in the play rather than be themselves. Also, directors should try their best and ask for perfect to make their work better.

On the lecture, we watched the speech about craftsman which mentions Steve Jobs. I agree that we should follow and learn from his action to become a craftsman.
