Last week we exchanged our ideas about a assignment 4. On Tuesday, we had our presentation done and I was surprised by the class. Everyone is creative and people are sharing amazing concepts. For my own project, I mentioned in my last blog that that the issues that I am going to focus on are ‘Equal  access to resources’ and ‘Resources utilisation’. I named the project ‘Hopsca’ which this resources shared community is able to solve the issues that I addressed. ‘Hopsca’ involves varieties of advanced technologies in it to make the best use of all kinds of resources and enables people who are living in it to minimise the damage to our environment. I was planing to do a documentary film at first  to have an exploration about the technologies. However, I did not think it will be a good idea to complete all the shooting inside my apartment if I choose to do a documentary film. I was thinking and thinking to figure out a way which can achieve all the scenes I want within a limited space and then I came up with the idea of “Stop motion animation”.

I have seven technologies to exhibit which I want to do a timeline of showing seven days in a week of “a person living in ‘hopsca'”. To show what is his life like living in it. I am still in the stage of pre-production and Hopefully I will complete a detailed script this Friday to share with the class.
