We have three hours tutorial class for media one every week. For the very beginning of  the first class last week, we were divided into several groups and we were free to ask questions to know more about others’s backgrounds. We sat as a circle and introduce the person beside us. Actually, I was quite nervous and not confident when I talk to so many foreigners due to the fact that English is not my first language. Fortunately, I was so glad that I made friends with several kindly girls. They were really patient to me when I asked for their help. For the rest time of that tutorial, we started to learn how to use our own blog. It is an effective, convenient, helpful social media platform to express yourselves. We are required to be familiar with how to post pictures, texts, audio and video. The aim of doing those is to encourage us being unshy to the public. At the same time, people can easily know with each other via this media platform. To be honest, I was not able to catch up with my tutor and some other students. The biggest problem is that I can not fully understand what the teacher is asking to do and react immediately. Although I realized there are some difficulties whenever I do media project, I hope I can try my best to catch up with others and challenge my limits. To sum up, the first class of media one provided me new friends, new knowledge and a different way to share my life to everyone. I will make a clear goal for my media studying so that I have an impetus to achieve it. Meanwhile, I have to make more efforts to improve my English skills!!!!
