hyper and deep attention

For last week Media one lecture,We discussed and compared about hyper and deep attention. As the article mentioned, deep attention is the ability to concentrate on one object or information stream for long periods of time, ignoring outside stimulation.  In direct contrast, hyper-attention switches focus rapidly among multiple information streams, and cultivates a preference for high stimulation and a much lower tolerance for boredom. As a teenager, I don’t think I can ever be totally focussed on that even I tried to pay all my attention on doing one thing. For instance, when I read a book, sometimes I would suddenly lose my attention and be distracted by other information in my mind. We all have way too many distractions every day, I will try to concentrate on one thing and keep balance of hyper and deep attention.
