The allocation process has been completed.

Please note the earlier advice:

1. No studio swaps.
2. When STS (Student Timetable System) opens on Fri 10 July your studio times will already be entered in your individual timetable. Do not change these. (The Studio Coordinator, Brian Morris, is the only person who can change studio allocations).
3. If you have an elective clash then you will need to change your elective for this semester (your core course, i.e. Media, takes priority).
4. Full individual studio guides will be uploaded to Blackboard by Wed 15 July.

• 87% of eligible students from Media 2 and Media 4 (‘the studio pool’) balloted

Of those who did ballot:

• 87% got their first preference
• 13% got their second preference
