This being my final post for the semester I have curated a selection of five of my posts from this blog. Some of them I have chosen because they were significant moments for me in the course where I felt really passionate about Media. Others are reflections from certain discussions in lectorials that I found particularly fascinating and stayed with me. Overall this semester has been very enjoyable. Whilst I initially wondered if I had chosen the right course for me, I now know that I truly am passionate about media through class exercises and discussions around media ideas. In particular, I have been very pleased with the way in which my group collaborated on the final project. It is rare in the media industry for one to work alone so it is reassuring to know that I enjoy group work and can work successfully in a group.
I am very much looking forward to what next semester brings, especially with the workshops where we can really start creating media.
