As individuals this time, re-do our first exercise shoot two new 50 second takes of a fresh subject anywhere I like. I chose the location in Building 80. When I first time walks in Building 80, those two toilets signs attract me and I immediately go there decided I have to shoot something with those two signs. I am happy what I shoot, the exposure and composition I think is good. Exactly shows to audience my thought, I want to shoot people coming and going, goes into the right and left lift.

The class on Friday we need film 3 shots with someone performing an action in which they have some expertise and/or manual proficiency. Then, film someone else without the skill performing the same action. Then we decided shoot dance at the back of building 9 alleyways. It’s a littlie bit difficult to adjust the exposure when we set up the camera there. Then one of our group member Ali did the Gangnam style steps, the first shot with full shot, then Ali come more closer to camera, a MCU to his feet and he did some leg movement then we moving to the second floor stairs shoot the last shot. I am not really happed with that because we did not follow the ‘continuous’ in each shot. I am not sure, maybe we don’t need think about it….(need to check next week) Then I reenacted Ali’s moves, as I can’t dance, the whole process was funny and finished it.
During this process, as we did not have enough time, so the job of each member was not clearly. Next time, we need consider that issue.
