For this stairway practice, the requirement for this exercise is that we can’t take the same shot for multiple angle. So there is not much clip for me to edit, basically I just following the script and do the editing. The lighting is quite weird, I did a little adjusting on the brightness and contrast.

The scene starts with 2 person walking upstair, using a medium shot. In this shot, there is not much detail we can see, all we know is the character and the location.
 The second shot is a medium shot, too. We can see one of the character’s face expression, we can assume there will be something happen on this character. From this angle and the position, we highlight the main character. But I think if the  “follower” is in this shot, it would be more fluent or have more consistency with the next shot.
When I edit this shot, I croped the shot. One reason is for a better construction, but it still not looks very good after I crop it. Another reason is for the consistency. in the last shot, I haven’t walk out of the frame, but in shot, i was not in the frame any more. it is kind of looks weird.
The last shot, I think it is a medium close up, but I reckon it would be better if the focus is on the main character. But we can still get the sense of the who is the main character.
