Today is a very exciting day as I depart from Melbourne on an exciting journey to the other side of the world to Central America. There in Antigua, Guatemala I am hopeful me and my crew of passionate filmmakers can create a documentary that can accurately tell the incredible story of the tireless work of social organisation EcoFiltro and inspire many to support their inspirational work. This is my first trip as an independent traveller and although the journey is long and the challenges surrounding the production are great, I am confident the worldly experience I will gain and the skills I’ll acquire will make it all worthwhile.
