After reading “The Wolfpack and the ethics of documentary filmmaking” I began to question how ethical Moselle was when creating The Wolfpack documentary. Did Moselle obtain full consent? Most of the brothers where still minors and their sister is disabled. Steve Thomas discusses how ‘consent in longitudinal documentary projects is an ongoing process.’ I feel the Moselle gained a mutual trust between her and the boys and did not push the story in directions where the participants may have felt uncomfortable or exposed.
