I finally got to settle on an idea, and decided to do my documentary on The Inconvenience Store, a non-for-profit supermarket run by Lentil as Anything.

The pitch was thankfully well received, and so we were asked to do a scene breakdown and post it on our blog. The following is an outline of what scenes will make up of the final documentary, though will probably have changes at the end.
