This week, I dived into the actual VR production as a part of the team. During the discussion, We had a brainstorming about the topic. Our idea of a life of a can of coke sounds a bit crazy but it actually stimulates the curiosity of the audience, which is something worth to be experimented. For adding more details, we decided to shoot the video from two perspectives. While watching the video, the audience can not only be the witness of how coke ‘lives’, but also are able to view the environment as the coke can.
When I was doing the editing, I found that it takes ages to match the timeline, especially when I tried to make a transition between two footage shot from different perspectives.
When I watched the video, it made me sick a little bit because of the transition between two perspectives, that was an important issue that I need to consider later on.
Overall, it was a great experience. Team chemistry is the key to success.
