After watching the British film drama Locke last week, I have decided that I want to develop my self-portrait so people can interpret it for themselves. I feel like all the work I have created in film and design has been quite direct and explicit. However, I find that I often create undertones as I have multiple ideas and want to include them all. Hopefully by creating content that is vague and holds no significant value through its explicit meaning, I can stimulate viewers’ thoughts and ask what they found in the footage. This in turn could even help me understand myself better. Or at least gives me a rough starting point to build from.
