So this week my group members (including me) completed about 5 videos each for our K-film, which I’ve decided to call “With Great Power…” in reference to the infamous Spider-man quote.

We’ve almost finished compiling a list of 20 films each to complete.

I made 4 videos this week.

The first was a reversed time-lapse of a toy Batman figurine melt so it looked like he was freezing. I added in post some awful Mr. Freeze puns from the movie Batman & Robin, to show that Batman is being frozen by Mr. Freeze.

The second was of another toy superhero flying around a globe. Unfortunately I didn’t have a Superman toy so I ended up using a Robin toy, who cannot fly. What a shame.

The third video was of my brother doing his power; putting a match out with his tongue. We wanted to incorperate real “super” abilities in the videos so we are finding people who can do such things.

The final video is a more abstract video of a cityscape with a light flickering from the room the cityscape is filmed in. What I want this to represent is a supervillain with electricity abilities.

These films make good progress, but we have a whole bunch more we need to do.
