Week 9
This week we pitched our video ideas to Field Car for Assignment 4 and received feedback, as well as viewing each other’s pitches.
I have decided to be in a group with Bailey, Julia and Tully and we have worked and researched thoroughly about the topic of colour within films to portray emotion. We created our powerpoint and presented it to the class in order to get feedback from Field. We considered the psychology behind the connection of colour and emotion and brainstormed some film ideas that we would include.
A main piece of advice we were seeking was to know if our topic hit all the correct criteria and wasn’t too broad. It was extremely beneficial watching other peoples ideas and how they would execute their final video. Our next step was to create a rough cut and complete a story board and script.
