Having just started this blog, I thought it would be a good idea to mention some of my favourite blogs and why I love them.
Alexi Wasser runs this funny, bold blog about dating and relationships in the 21st century. Her writing is hilarious and pertinent and she always shares great, thought provoking content.
This blog chronicles the life of a flight attendant living in Dubai. Her adventures across the globe inspire me to travel more. I also really like the insider’s view at her ‘glamourous’ flight attendant life.
Pedestrian is a really great site that posts ‘pop culture news, creative jobs, sport and travel’. I love Pedestrian because it keeps me up to date with news and current affairs, all the while using a humorous, youthful style of writing. Each story is smattered with a plethora of pop culture references and really relevant to young people today.
This gorgeous travel blog is filled with beautiful images of an ex-journo’s world adventures. Not only are the photos gorgeous, the written content is also extremely interesting and in-depth. Often travel blogs can be quite superficial, focused only on glossy images. Time Travel Turtle endeavours to really get to know places and the people who inhabit them.
