I think the clarification of what type of questions should be developed in the interview process is going to help me greatly in terms of organising my next project brief and what direction I would like it to go.
I’ve really focused on keeping my questions open ended, not only to extend the length of the answer but to extend the quality of the answer. But I feel like the editing process will have more of an influence in terms of the portrayal of who I am interviewing. I am interviewing an animation student from RMIT, and most of my questions are pretty straightforward and as open ended as I could think of. Starting off with background, and slowly directing more towards his opinion about the animation industry and what he thinks of the portrayal of animators and how it affects him.
