  • Members not showing up
  • People not being reliable
  • Conflicting visions
  • Have to pick up the slack from others
  • Easily distracted
  • Uneven work ethic
  • Unable to contact people
  • Don’t feel comfortable about expressing you opinion
  • Cant reach a compromise
