In this week’s workshop we got a chance to work in our groups and discuss our assignments. We had a real good discussion about our assignment and I felt really confident about where it was going, we even got into detail about the different audio textures we could use through the piece.

The assignment focuses on attention in the media and the topic we decided to focus on was Instagram and how people convey themselves on the site and also the amount of attention certain people on Instagram receive. We got quite a bit of research done in the workshop and it was really interesting to see how large an impact a social networking site can have.
