Bill Viola
Born in 1951 in New York, a modern digital media artist who focuses on working the artworks with timing as motivation. He believes “human is a creation of the time, the ages of human are just different processes of time’s cycle, and we are only represented as a part of its body”.

The inspiration from his creation
It is interesting that Bill also intends to use slow motion as his video fundamental technique. “Water” also becomes one of the elements he prefers to present in his creations. This reminds me that water has 3 different state – solid state, liquid state and gaseous state, which form as a loop. In the same way, brings a way to prove that the time element actually just changes between physically itself.
