In today’s workshop, we first discussed about the lecture and we were given time to present our first assessment of self-portraits within our tables. Not only going through each others blogs, we had to give feedbacks by using “coloured hats” method. There were four coloured hats representing different meaning:
Yellow: Positive feedback
Red: Intuition and gut instinct
Black: Something may not work
Green: Alternatives
This method allows us know our strength and weakness by other peers and gives us a chance to evaluate and criticise others’ work. It is surely beneficial to us as we know what we have to improve and we also gain the ideas from other people which make us to do a better work for the further project.
Furthermore, we were given 15 minutes to shoot the videos for Haiku project and get on the software of Adobe premier pro. We then discussed about our Project Brief 2 which required us to make a 1-minute video containing texts, audios, photos and videos. Personally after this workshop, I have gotten many ideas for my project brief 2 and I hope I will do a good job on it.
