On Tuesday, we utilised class time and had a very important group meeting. We set up almost all of our shoot days around each others schedules but found it difficult to adjust to our actress. Days that we needed to go over time and shoot did not work for her and vice versa. Samantha then said that she had a friend, who like us is a communications student and would be cool about helping us out. After contacting her and seeing that our schedules were more compatible, we decided to nicely tell Alex that our times were just too conflicting.

After listening to Paul tell us that we should also test shoot our yet to be completed storyboard, we took his words into consideration and changed our shooting schedule around. We booked all of the equipment we needed for our many shoots and felt a weight lifted off of us. For the storyboard, which we are struggling with, we decided to very slowly plan and experiment with shot. We decided that our character would wear a black dress, to represent her mourning for those unknown to her.

Here are some ideas we listed:

-shots of her staring into broken mirror in an empty room, possiblu lying on a matress

-shots from outside the house/room, looking in

-experiment with shadows in forest or different locations

-low angle shots

-lying down shot

-leaf falling— creeping in title appears

-footprint

-hands letting go…shift focus between hands

-rain atmos

-use towel or skateboard to smoothly shoot
