Find the keyboard shortcuts for Premiere and note four or more functions that you’ve never used before and why they may be invaluable to your editing.
Render Effects in Work Area: Return
Seeing how my recorded material is not so up to par with what i wish it would be I think effects are the only way to improve them.
Add Edit to All Tracks: Shift+Cmd+K
I realise i have had a couple of exposure issues because a few shots i did not adjuct the exposure and only did white balance or something along those lines. i could edit one part and copy those settings to everything. Not that all my shots are consistent and lack the same features, but it’s worth a try.
Apply Audio Transition: Shift+Cmd+D
there were a few instances where the audio we obtained was uneven, meaning that there was more going through (output) through the left side and much less on the right side. to the point where the left side sounds slightly grainy and the right side is but a whisper. There’s going to be a lot of audio work ahead.
Audio Mixer: Shift+6
to stabilize and equalize the sound that is hopefully fixed by the time i toggle around with the finer details of the audio such as the bass, reverb and countour of the audio. im hoping to have a major use of soundscapes as the interviews were done indoors and we want to get an emotional appeal to our interviews and subjects. so I will probably use the audio mixer for the soundscape rather than anything else.
(Panels) Delete: Delete
