I can 100% say that i couldn’t agree and empathize more with Neeve’s #trainhate. These are ‘networks’ that have been running long before the relevant networking and seem to be far behind. Why are we not at the same stage at Japan using bullet trains? That would be so much more preferable than the hour and a half train trips to and from uni. Neeve’s quirky blog encompasses many relevant posts to network media and some that simply update us on her movements to reveal presence in her blog. Her critical responses to readings highlight Adrien’s ‘take away’ theory as she describes what was most impacting for herself, some as shown in reading week 9’s post, she never knew existed, providing quotes and facts to back up her opinion and to teach page browsers such as myself useful information.
