Welcome to the annual Boxing Day episode of BOXED, a show where you have to guess what’s in the box to win prizes with a special Christmas twist! In this game show, two contestants go head-to-head, trying to guess the contents of each box based on clues given by the show’s beloved host, Osker. With 3 wacky and cryptic clues per round, which ever contestant guesses first gets to unbox to reveal the answer. The stakes are high, with the winner, the contestant with the most points, receiving a special prize box and the loser, the contestant with the least points, being BOXED!

The process of bringing BOXED to life was really fun, especially getting to work within a larger group/team of people compared to previous assignments. This meant we had more people to collaborate with in order to get everything together before filming day. On the day of filming we had a bit of a communication error meaning we had to cut quite a few of our segments/questions. We definitely had high expectations, hoping our ideas would fit well within our time limits, however we learnt that mistakes happen and how to work through it on the spot. One of our strongest aspects was our set and props, which were really important to set the scene, and we all worked together to get set up to really bring the Christmas mood!

Overall, BOXED was a really fun project to work on and watch come to life, and despite the few troubles, we hope that it is still as enjoyable as we intended it to be!
