Directing the Festival was an experience that I quite enjoyed, I enjoyed creating schedules for everyone, overseeing the entire process, running around with phone calls and sending off emails, staying late making sure everything was perfect and coming in early for a head start.
Being one of the directors had its ups and downs, I had to make sure that all departments were in communication with not only the directors but with everyone, so I created a discord server to help keep everything close together, this also included creating the run sheet of the festival to ensure that everyone knew what was happening and at what time, essentially being on the same page.
Example of discord, with channels and colour-coordinated departments.

It was also much fun to be one of the directors because aside from all the admin work that we do, we also had fun with hands-on tasks such as assisting in making and running the book sales and folding and printing out all the programs.
