As the ticketing staff for the trivia night, I made a page on Eventbrite for selling. About a week before the start of trivia night, the website was created and opened for ticket purchases.
This page is a good way for people to buy tickets and for us, it’s easy to facilitate counting the number of people and lists of the attendees. Before the trivia night started, I exported the attendees and send it to those who were on the spot.
After the trivia night is finished, we can get the details of the income. As a fundraising event for the ‘And Scene’ festival, it’s important for us to know the income we got from these events.
