SYNOPSIS:
It had been years since Gian felt the need to be creative, though that spark was about to be re-ignited after a traumatic event. At age 20, Gian had a stroke due to a brain tumour in his head. This emergency, which left Gian hospitalised for weeks, caused him to re-examine and re-assess his life. WHAT MATTERS MOST is a short documentary that explores the human need to be creative, and how it can actually heal.
A film by Kaaren Ghassemi, Liam Johnston, and Matthew Mihailidis
