Izzy Daud, punk, queer, someone who does not conform to the rigid conservatism of her home country, shares about life back home. She tackles questions regarding  the general attitude towards someone of her identity in Malaysia, and how that tracks since moving to Australia to study. Aside from that, she also shows her prized objects, her tattoos, and how that represents who she is.

“FUN SCARY” is an intimate 5 minute short documentary that features an honest conversation and testimonial from someone who has faced alienation in their home country, highlighting the impact that societal stigmas have on the development of a personal identity.
