Introduction
Secret Planet is an application for specific groups to find their relevant community, get specific and professional knowledge and establish discussion groups for free speech. This application will be directed against those less discussed or deliberately avoided in Chinese society, which are sex education and the LGBTQ group.
In sex education, we will share basic knowledge for different age brackets for free in the form of video, article, Q&A and answering questions. Like many other apps, we also have private messages and group discussions and different topics and age brackets can be freely selected to match the discussion group. Authentication is required before users switch to LGBTQ mode, as this version is more inclined towards social networking platform. This version mainly uses categorized communication groups to provide space for LGBTQ group to find the community and talk freely.
Process
Our team had a clear division of labor within the stipulated time and both of us had completed our own parts meticulously. We communicated via online phone calls and at the same time shared the same interface to do the app design. We spent nearly one week finishing the app pages and the video teaser. After that, we started to plan the business plan of the application and some of the opportunities and challenges that would be faced when going public. Finally, we specified the regulatory framework of Secret Planet in detail. Our team also followed the feedback from classmates and Fan to improve the quality of our project. The whole process was extremely interesting and meaningful to me.
