SeeChat is the pinnacle of transparency within the social media industry. As the name suggests, SeeChat aims to achieve complete clarity and transparency regarding how our users’ data is handled. We aim to showcase which companies our users’ data is being sold to in an easy and accessible way. The reason we do this is because we believe that our valued customers have the right to know where their personal data is being sold, and for what purpose.

The process of creating an app was enjoyable for all group members, as it was a foreign concept for all. It was exciting to learn new skills and use them in a practical way. Our group worked efficiently and didn’t have any complications throughout the whole ideation and creation process. 

We all were able to perfect a multitude of skills such as teamwork, communication and technical skills. We aim to use these valuable skills in the future as they have allowed us to flourish throughout the creation of our platform, SeeChat
