It may easy to determine the geographical Asian part of the world. However, it is hard to identify if these countries are Asian countries. From my perspective, it needs to rely on the sense of belonging to Asia. It is easier to get a closer relationship with people who are in common, such as the same culture, same language, and the same skin color, etc. Since Asian countries have quite different history, culture, appearance and even the skin color are different, they don’t see them as the same group. Such as China and India, Chinese people only can get the limited culture of India. It is also not easy for the Chinese people to accept and understand. In other words, Asian popular culture is quite domestic.  In addition, there may also have reasons for economic and political. For most Chinese people, the Asian popular culture is always changed over the years. It starts with Singapore drama, through Hongkong drama, Taiwan drama, Japanese cartoon to Korean drama. For these countries, the ability of culture export relies on its development of the entertainment industry.

As the connection between Asian countries becomes stronger and the activities between Asian countries get more and more, the ideology of Asian may become more general for Asian people one day.
