Transitions between shots can be classified into two types, in scenes and between scenes. On the one hand, appropriate transitions between shots can make the scene more smooth. Normally, wide-shot can show the environment. Middle-shot can provide the relationship between characters. Reaction shot can continue the storyline and dialogue. On the other hand, the transitions between shots can make the story more compact. Especially, some creative ideas of transition can get audience’s attention and make them feel comfortable. By this way, audiences can continue to follow the development of the story and get a better feeling of watching the movie. For example, the sun can be a connective point to change scenes. After we finished filming a sun, we can zoom in and focus on the sun to end the scene. Later, we can zoom out the focus point from the sun to start a new scene.
