As a dog owner, the first idea that came to my mind when I saw this assignment was the subject of puppies. They have long been a part of many people’s daily lives, accompanying us as family members and friends. As such a close friend to my life， unfortunately I didn’t pay enough attention on them. It seemed like I was too busy documenting my life in various ways every day, but forgot to really get serious about recording their lovely faces. To make up for the previous neglect, I decided to document the doggy friends I meet throughout the day.

When it comes to the reason of being a dog lover, it’s probably because I’ve always had dogs with me since I was a little girl. I love playing with them on the lawn, watching TV with them and sharing my joys and sorrows with them. Dogs have a magical ability to reach out to humans heart, even if you don’t speak and look at them silently, you can sense their emotions. They can also sense your emotions at the same time. As being a different species from humans, it’s hard to understand our thoughts and feelings. On top of that they will continue to bring joy and happiness to mankind, I guess that’s the main reason why I can’t help but love this intelligent creatures.

I particularly like the last photo taken in a pet shop. I saw this lovely bichon named coco when I took my dog there for a bath. The fur on her ears was dyes a beautiful blue colour. She is actually a very active little girl and to keep her quiet for a while her owner was standing by with a dog treat to feed her. She seemed to enjoy it very much, with her eyes wide open and her tongue stretched out to lap up the food.
