In this ‘What’s in my bag’ interview, the framing is really good. Though there’s several times in between him taking out things, the framing goes off and is looks messy but the majority of the time the subject is framed at a MCU, CU or a MS.
I feel like the interview should done with him sitting down, taking things out his backpack and putting them onto the table. But the shakiness and the hurriedness makes it look like a realistic documentary like the clip of interviewing a man on how bad his car is. There’s a sense of authenticity and once-in-a-lifetimeness in it.
The interaction with the interviewer could have been better framed, as most of the time Liv is at the edge of the frame with only half of her face showing. It could have been better if it was framed as a mid shot of the both and moved closer to focus on the bag when Ramsay took something out. That would have made it logically easier to follow and visually pleasing.
