In study 2 which is a group work, we choose our theme “gradual” to present. In general, we use three elements to express our theme – gradual. This theme is designed to make people get the feeling of getting older. At the beginning，we recorded the audio source by ourselves so that the speed of the mouse was controlled within 20. In order to give users a better experience, we have another setting. When their mouse speed exceeds 20, there will be an audio that says “slow down” appears. At the same time, a picture that can change color will appear because the speed of moving the mouse exceeds 20. Finally, we choose and cut a video about sloth from the film “Zootropolis”. The reason we chose this photo is that the tree shrew’s activity is slow enough that it can perfectly present our theme – gradually. When the mouse speed exceeds 20, the video will become unclear. We use all these elements so as to made the audience can feel the feeling of getting old. We met a lot of difficulties when we do the study 2. The menu of the help in the Max helps us a lot. And our tutor will hands on teach us when we need help.
