task two: refining

To be honest, I believe that it was not easy to pay attention or notice everything around us. For most of us, our default state tends to be ignoring what is around us. Through this task, I am aware of the importance of noticing particularly when doing media stuff. It was obvious that the more we pay attention, the more often we will come up with new ideas and expand our worldview. When I did this task, we trained to focus on specific things, then filter out everything else. Communication is the basic element when you do media stuff. Therefore, it also improves my ability to communicate. When I am able to tell a detail-rich story, it becomes more interesting for the listener and it makes people want to connect with you. However, noticing and paying attention to our own life that doesn’t mean we sit down and try to practice noticing. I consider that we should see how things differ from others and get something new so that I can get more ideas through noticing. Then when I create media products next time, I will recall and and more elements that I have noticed and learnt before. This is the reason why I believe that noticing will help my media products to be more creative and diversified. Finally, my question is: the more we notice and remember, the more we forget. How do we solve this problem?  Some research claim that notice too much will make you stressful and some claim that notice as much as you can allow you find beauty in the world. How can we balance them?
