Assignment 2 – Peer Feedback Statement

This project uses multiple media tools, such as video, FaceOSC, and sound. The mouth height control soundĀ is a fresh idea that I expected. The successful in her project is very easy to understand what we need to do because it only concentrates on one organ, so it is clear to show audiences especially through the usage of FaceOSC. However, the sound material is the weakness of this project, I recommend the music would be better if provided by the artist. Moreover, the sound is a little bit noisy when movingĀ the mouth.Ā More fully applicable FaceOSC will be more interesting, instead of only focus on one specific organ.

What a genius project! He exactly created a successful game project on Max, this is what I expected to do but failed! The data of shooting is difficult to measure and there are lots of game videos need to record. He considered the multiple possibilities of the goal and recorded the corresponding video for audiences. It is a good idea to use nose control the football, instead of knees and feet. The background sounds are reasonable and easy to attract audiences’ attention. Whether it’s ideas, graphics or operability, this is a very successful project. I can hardly give more opinions because I really like this work and admire him. The only thing needs to improve might be the transitions could be more smoothly between each scene. However, in my opinion, this work is quite successful!

 

  • WENYAN ZHANG Ā s3714226

Jenna’s project is more likely to combines the tactile and non-tactile, which we need to click a lot of buttons to form a 3D maze and also can control the ball by FaceOSC. The 3D maze is so cool to build and this is what I like best in the project. I think the successful part is the combination of tactile and non-tactile, and I evaluate it as a project that makes me pay long-time attention because if audiences want to send the ball out of the maze, they need to focus on the project until successful. For the improvement, I suggest making less tactile, Ā because the process of building the 3D maze needs to click too many buttons, it might waste time. Moreover, maybe the usage of webcamera and voice recording can be used to make the game more colorful and attractive.
