Need luck

Observation #5

Last week, my group shoot an interview with Kris. I didnt know her that well since we have less time chatting. I realized that Kris and I have similar experience. We both start learning Chinese traditional dance we were about 5 years old, and we both do new jazz dance  as well. She went to art school to major in dancing, and graduated from art school, and now she teaches students dancing. She is so lucky , because she is doing what I dreamed to do. My parents forced me to stop dancing when I was in middle school, they thought it is useless to do dance, and could influence my study. However, I didnt listen to them, I still believe in my dream and  kept dancing.  It didnt last long, I finally gave up on dancing, because I didnt have a chance to dance when I was in high school, my school life was extremely busy and hard.  It has been many years since I stop dance, so when I saw Kris, I questioned myself : why I couldnt keep  dance or keep my dream? am I still a dancer ? can I still say that I am a dancer?. It’s ironic that people doubted me when I said I used to dance.
