Week4- class reflection

In the class, we talked about the social distance and sound, Louise mentioned about the social distance in China which is quite different from others. Yes, we do. In China, it is very normal people are sit or stand quite close to each others, on the one hand, it is because there are huge population in China, people get used to crowed. On the other hand, in China, it means you are being friendly to someone when you sit or stand close to that person. It is quite normal in China, when you see two girls are holding hands and keep really close to each other, it means they are really close friends. Boys do that as well (but no holding hands lol). However, to many western countries, if it is the same situation, people think these people are lesbians or gays.  This is about culture difference.
