- Play around with the Canon 5D Mark II because I am not a Canon user. Using the same camera would make it easier the match the footage.
- Begin to document the team.

- Found no video about team Gazette on YouTube.
- Go through the Gazette 2016 Google drive to have a better understanding.
- Take more photos and footage in the news room.
- Help the printing.
Friday 16 June
- Cover the Masterclass: Freelancing for Life
- Edit and upload the photo on the day.
- Shoot more footage.
Sunday 18 June
- Cover the morning section of the National Writer’s Conference.
- Edit and upload the photos after the daily meeting.
- Inject footage and raw photos to the Media Server in the edit suit.
- Have a discussion with Margot about her opening night video and general mood of the festival.
- Help the printing.
- Attend the Movie Night – Alibrandi with Gloria.
- Have a request from Ronald: find a way for the rest of the team to access the photos whenever they need them.
Monday 19 June
- Divide the documentary into 4 main groups: writer/editor-illustrator-media-manager.
- Book the audio equipment for interviews.
- Cover the 10,000 Staples Launch.
- Shoot some footage of the media team.
Tuesday 20 June
- Talk to one of the tech guys. The only way to access to the media server is using one of the computer in the edit suit or the one which is right in front of the tech office.
- Take photos from the Masterclass: Short story
- Shoot the interview with Jess, Iryna, Lauren and Marianne.
Wednesday 21 June
- Attend the Lunchtime Lit Stories Autobio Comics.
- More footage for the documentary
Thursday 22 June
- Help the printing
- More footage
- Have an interview with Margot
- Organize all the footage and audio files in order.
- Finish the rough cut of the writer and manager with Gloria.
Friday 23 June
- Cut the raw footage in the edit suit for the morning shift.
Thursday 28 June
- Collect the footage of the final day from Margot.

- Finish the documentary.
