All of the group members allotted each part of the story and have their own parts to shot after we received the script. At the start, we were a little bit confused about the script, but we figure it out after the discussion. I think we did a good job with this video. Firstly, we know when and what should each of us do with the senses and we picked a good place to shot as well as use mid shot pretty well. Moreover, it was the first time we start using professional words, such as “rolling” “action” “cut”. When I was editing this video, I was having a hard time of deciding which one should I use, cause some of them may not shot by myself so I may feel the video is not the way I want to make it looks like. But we don’t have time to shot again. But overall I think we did a pretty good job with it, especially the group work with other group members. Meanwhile, I also notice that while the group was shooting I should give some of my opinions if I think it may not well cause each of us is not familiar with all of those instructions.

Make the bed was the individual homework of week3. I was really like the way I filmed the video. Firstly, I used three angles to show how I make the bed. The first one is just from the side of the bed and spread out my quilt and the second scene was the quilt covered the camera. The effect was like something on the bed and while I spreading the bed it was covered over. After that, I still edit the first scene behind it. And then, the last scene was the corner of my bed to show some part of my making the bed. I feel it is an interesting topic to do it. although it is kind of boring. But when I film it I start to think about how to make it looks more natural and how can I edit it smoothly when each scene transactions. So that is a good way to practice as the start of my editing exercises.
