Yesterday I interviewed my friend, Piri, who is studying to become a dancer for Project Brief 3. I knew she would be a good person to interview as she is fairly confident and very passionate about what she does, but I was a little taken aback by just how well she answered all my questions.

I’ve known Piri for a long time, and yet I never had a conversation with her quite like that one. We’ve spoken generally about the nature of studying arts subjects, but I’ve never heard her speak so purposefully and personally about dance. And I don’t think I ever would have had the chance to see that side of her if I hadn’t asked her to be apart of my project.

The only problem now is that I have to cut half an hour of brilliant material down into a 3 minute video…
