In class today we viewed everyones projects, then split into groups, reflected on each others. My three partners where Eve Gailey, Louise Wilson and Nicole Tsolakkis.
I enjoyed the piece that Eve made. The topic covered was interesting for me, as I enjoy to be friendly to the world. The found footage worked well with the piece as a whole, adding to the story and meaning to what the interviewee was saying. The editing was done well, which made it smooth to watch.
I thought that Louise’s project was fun. The feel of the piece, matched the interviewee, I was able to gain a connection with him easier I found by this. The quality of footage was good, crisp and clean, which made it easy to watch. The editing was done well, especially the opening scene with the quick cuts.
I found Nicole’s project heart warming and happy. It was well planned out and structured, the relationship between the two was expressed clearly, and I couldn’t help but smile.
