I personally love working in teams. Some of my best memories have been created because of teamwork. Wether it be organising within a group of friends to road trip to a music festival, or working on short films, they’ve all been rewarding. So I don’t have a problem getting split up into a team to work on our next project. Sure I could have just gotten lucky, but I think it comes down to you and your attitude towards what you’re doing. Sometimes it does get a bit sticky in the midst of everything, I remember the first short film I worked on. My mate was returning to Orange from Sydney to shoot his major project. Everyone was so stoked on the shot, especially Eli (Director). I remember him saying that this is definitely a huge step forward in his directing career. In saying this, I think that small goals should be celebrated regularly to keep intensity high when collaborating with people.
