Today was our class’ first meeting at Signal to discuss ideas and concepts for our exhibition. Additionally, we were all placed into different groups or ‘teams’ to work collaboratively in order to prepare and produce all the required elements for the exhibition.

I volunteered to be placed in the Tech Team alongside Dusty and Jordan. I volunteered for this Role as I had prior experience as I was placed in the Tech Team for the Testing Grounds Projection evening earlier in the semester; it seemed logical, for people with prior experience, to offer it.

After our meeting, I spoke briefly with Jordan and Dusty and we decided that Jordan would consult Jeanie and speak to her about the templates we would need to import into Premiere in order to edit them our footage together. Dusty and I had taken some notes during the meeting and agreed to synthesise them into a small, concise, technical manual to aide our classmates in the production process.
