Everything is slowly beginning to pile up – I’m dealing with it  but it’s all happened so suddenly. I’m currently finishing off a 60% graphic design assignment and I’m beginning to realise how much I liked the unit. It taught me a different thinking process and it helped me appreciate the extent that graphic designers go to in order to communicate their ideas effectively. It was a long process – it took about 11-12 weeks and it was totally worth it. I can’t wait to use these skills to design logos for competitions, I’m so glad I chose it.

Joe was an awesome teacher, he was really patient and offered constructive criticism. He was exceptionally good at communicating his knowledge with us, which is a parallel to his skills as a graphic designer. I met some interesting people in the class, from the wanderers to the eccentrics. It was interesting finding out everyone’s stories and their skill sets.

Now, as the semester comes to it’s conclusion, I’m trying to prepare myself for what the next semester holds for me. I just hope I appreciate everything as much as I have so far.
