Blog-Stalk week #5.

So my blog-stalk this week didn’t actually involve too much stalking, but rather just general conversation about our class.
I was working with Kylie and Anita, when we started speaking of our sketch tasks, and how we presented this weeks six second clips. After throwing some ideas around upcoming tasks, we took a look at each of our clips, and Anita had something really amazing for her immediate family sketch task.
Her concept was to go around the dinner table, and when she reached each family members respective spot at the table, the sequence would fade into something that represented that family member.
I hadn’t thought of something like this at all! it’s absolutely brilliant! It’s interesting and engaging, and every time I watch it I seem to pick up something new about that family member. The change in sequence is smooth and flowing – very easy and appealing to the eye. While the clip may be a few seconds long, I absolutely love it. The idea has me completely envious that I didn’t think of something so brilliant!
