Week 3 Reflection / Problems

Okay so this weeks problem I’ve decided to write about (I’ve had a few as always, but I solved this one) is pretty simple actually. Maybe I just had a brain freeze, because i’m pretty sure I knew how to do this. Yep, definitely had a brain freeze.
So the problem was all about sound (A common problem for me to have).
I came across this one after contemplating whether my sketch would be more effective without sound, rather than with. So how do I get rid of it?
Looking back now, I’ve done this a million times, but apparently, even three weeks in, my brain was still in ‘computer-only-used-for-social-media’ mode.
Thinking about this now, I know I could do it in my sleep, but it’s a problem I solved, so for anyone who had the same problem (especially now because we’re being encouraged to use premier over final cut), here’s how I fixed my problem..

Step One: Insert the clip into premiere and onto the timeline.

step two: Right click the clip, and hit ‘unlink’.

Step Three: Hit the clip in the audio one row, then delete, and taa-daa! So easy i’m embarrassed to think how I could have forgotten this…
